All ongoing personal health information, clinical updates, and health-related communications between sessions are exchanged exclusively through Spruce, a HIPAA-compliant secure messaging platform.
Payment information processed through Stripe
Information collected automatically:
Basic website usage data through your browser (no analytics tracking software is currently in use on this site)
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
Respond to your inquiries and schedule consultations
Provide functional health services and personalized care
Communicate with you between sessions through HIPAA-compliant platforms
Process payments securely
Send relevant health and program information through our email marketing platform

Third Party Platforms
In the course of providing our services we use the following third party platforms, all of which maintain their own privacy and security standards:
Malla — client intake, scheduling, and secure document sharing (HIPAA compliant)
Spruce — secure client messaging (HIPAA compliant)
Fullscript — supplement dispensary and recommendations (HIPAA compliant)
Function Health — laboratory testing managed directly by the client on their own account. Full Body Pharmacy does not have direct access to your Function Health account.
Stripe — payment processing
Google Workspace — business email communication
Data Security
We take the security of your personal information seriously. Clinical and health information is handled exclusively through HIPAA-compliant platforms. We do not store sensitive health information through our website or general email.

Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and clinical record-keeping requirements
